Where do you ship?
Currently, NØCTRA ships exclusively within the United States. We are a U.S. exclusive brand and all orders are fulfilled and shipped via trusted domestic partners.
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is included on all orders within the U.S.
What sizes do you offer?
Most garments are available in sizes S to 3XL. Refer to our size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
Can I return my order?
We only accept returns or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@shopnoctra.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in the case of verified misprints or production errors. Because our pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind.

Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. Each piece is created on-demand to reduce waste and ensure premium quality. This means we begin production after your order is placed.

Absolutely. You’ll get an email with tracking info the moment your order leaves our studio.
